Fitbloggin Swag Giveaway!

So, I was picking up my scrapbook/computer/catchall/spare bedroom last week and I saw a bag. I had no idea what it was so I picked it up to move it to me “decide later because I don’t feel like dealing with it now” pile.

I was quite surprised when I realized that the bag was full. I opened it up and realized I had picked up an extra Fitbloggin Swag Bag! My first thought was “Mmmmmm…Erewhon and PopChips!” then I told myself that I could not keep such joy to myself. I needed to spread the Fitbloggin’ Love!

  1. I’ve given up the daily drinking of diet coke. I only use it now as a mixer for my Bacardi. Amazing what a difference it makes in my weight and how I feel. I have a good feeling about this giveaway. You’re drawing a winner on my birthday!

    I think my biggest health change this year has to be that I started cycling. I was already running and watching my good input but I feel that the cycling is really helping to improve my overall health.

  7. One way that I am being healthy this year, I know this sounds weird, but I’m eating more. With how many calories I burn with each workout, I need to consume more calories and it’s hard for me to do that. So, I’m working really hard on consuming more calories, yet having healthy calories.

  12. Great giveaway! Thanks! I cut out my frequent diet cokes when I realized I was pregnant. That and I went cold turkey on coffee for the first trimester. Now I allow myself to have it one or two times a week if I really want it. Oddly, both seemed very easy! Normally that would not be the case!

  14. I guess my biggest health change has been becoming serious about running. I mean serious, like I’ll kill you if I don’t run today, serious.

    I make a smoothie every morning in my Vitamix. I add lots of veggies, some fruit. and protein powder. Yum, yum!
