I get it.
Really, I do.
Your stomach hurts. It’s been hurting for a couple of days now.
And you’re worried about your mouth.
Totally understandable.
But stop living in fear of things going wrong and get on the stinking treadmill.
You set yourself a small goal for this week.
You set yourself a medium goal for this month.
You set yourself a large goal for the race in April.
None of those will be achieved in less you get on the treadmill and run TODAY.
Oh, and before you have a chance to argue, this goes for tomorrow, too.
You’re welcome.
So how did your run go, Thea???
It went well!
I was listening to a running podcast the other day when the person said, “Running is up to you. You either decide to do it or you don’t. That’s it. Every day. Deciding to do it.” This somehow made sense to me.
Sounds like you’re making the choice today to do it.
(also, I tagged you in a meme…but…uh… i totally won’t be offended if you don’t do it. i’ll wait for you to offend me about other things.)
Great. Now I’m just going to sit around and think of ways to offend you. THANKS,T!
checking back on you on—on the flipside of the crazy, errr, the weekend
