Fitness Friday – The TWO DAYS Edition

We’re leaving today! I should be packing! Or at least helping Dave pack lunches for the car. But I’m not. I’m here…slowly losing my mind.

The race is in three TWO DAYS! Holy crap.

My arm is pretty full, but there’s always room for more. If you haven’t signed up for a mile, I’d love to have you with me. Sadly, Melissa, I can no longer accommodate  iPod playlist demands as I will be away from my computer until next Tuesday.

And every mile will be for me, Dave (who’s running the full on Sunday!), and the kids.

I’ve signed up with Tweet My Time, so if you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you will be able to see updates on how I’m doing. My time goal is under 3 hours, which means about a 13:45m/m so those are the magic numbers to watch for in the tweets.  But honestly, I’ll just be happy to cross the finish line!

Come next week, I’ll be a half-marathoner AND I’ll have completed 10 races in 10 months.

It’s a big weekend for me. And I’m more than ready to grab it.

    so its sunday with the MI peeps then? i’ll have to remember to check in after my hike.

  3. I can’t wait to go back and read all the tweets and read your race report. You’ll have to forgive me for not keeping up in real-time, but I think I’m going to be a little busy :) Have a great race, trust your training (that one’s for me as much as you) and HAVE FUN!
