Me: So, are you excited?

Him: Yes! My class is like a class reunion there are so many of my friends!

Her: Yes! I wonder if I will see my boyfriend.

Me: You probably will. What are you most excited about?

Him: Math! Wait. I don’t know where to hand in the homework!

Me: I’m sure she’ll explain all that today. What about you, Em?

Her: Lunch! And seeing my boyfriend.

Me: Right. Ready for First Day Pictures!

Him: Let’s go to the tree! (Spotting neighbors) Wait, there’s E! I want to catch up with him.

Me: Hold on, just let me take some pictures real quick and then you can go.

Her: (Spotting other neighbors new puppy) Look, there’s L! I want to run and say hi!

Me: Alright, just two pics. Real quick.

Him: Mom! They’re leaving!

Me: No, they’re not. They’re waiting. Just give me two seconds. Don’t you want to stand up?

Her: No!
