Summer is in full swing around here.
Which means my workouts have taken a serious hit.
I was expecting it. And I’m not dealing with it well.
I missed two swims and I think one run and one bike this past week. No good at all.
Plus, I’m trying to track my food again because I’m reading some stuff on Sports Nutrition. Now I feel like I’m eating all the stinkin’ time. Which of course has me worried about my actual weight.
I’ve got a lot on my plate (literally and figuratively) and I’m just trying to figure it all out.
Hopefully it’ll be a little better next week.
Because my first tri is 4 weeks from this Sunday.
